Please read our terms and conditions carefully. By making a booking with Newcastle Hens and Bucks, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.

• A valid, government issued form of identification must be produced where required. All bookings must be made by someone over the age of 18 years. 
• All activities, entertainment, transport and venues advertised on Newcastle Hens and Bucks packages are subject to availability. 
• In the event that a vendor is fully booked or becomes unavailable for an activity, transport service, entertainment or venue, Newcastle Hens and Bucks reserves the right to substitute the service with a similar alternative at no additional cost. 
• Venues may refuse entry if guests are unable to provide valid identification or appear intoxicated. This is at the discretion of the venue and no refund will be provided in these circumstances. 
• Newcastle Hens and Bucks reserves the right to alter any part of the itinerary if a venue, activity, transportation provider or entertainment provider becomes unavailable. Customers will be notified of any significant itinerary changes. No additional charges will apply for changes made by Newcastle Hens and Bucks. Additional charges may apply where itinerary changes are requested by the customer. 
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately when visiting venues, participating in activities and using transportation or entertainment services. Newcastle Hens and Bucks maintains close relationships with our tour partners and suppliers, and serious misconduct may result in guests being refused future bookings. 
• Any fines incurred for failing to wear seatbelts where applicable are the responsibility of the guests. 

• Pick up and drop off locations must be confirmed a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the booking date. 
• Guests must be at the nominated pickup location at the agreed time. Late arrivals may result in delays to the itinerary and may cause venues, activities, transportation providers or entertainment providers to cancel bookings due to late arrival or no show. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances. 
• Guests are responsible for managing their time throughout the tour. Unplanned bathroom stops, food stops, smoke breaks and other additional stops may affect the scheduled itinerary. 
• No refunds apply for delays caused by guests arriving late. Venues, activities, entertainment providers and other suppliers reserve the right to refuse entry or service if the group arrives late. 
• It is the responsibility of the customer to advise relevant venues, transportation providers, activities and entertainment providers of any delays. 
• Smoking is not permitted in vehicles or inside venues, including the use of e cigarettes and vapes. 
• BYO food or drink is not permitted in venues unless specifically authorised by the venue. 
• Customers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to venues, activities, transportation, entertainment equipment or other services. 
• Transport companies and other suppliers may require a non refundable deposit or bond. 
• Newcastle Hens and Bucks, transport companies, venues, activities and entertainment providers will not tolerate aggressive, abusive, excessively intoxicated or otherwise inappropriate behaviour that disrupts their services. 
• No refunds will be provided where a tour, activity, entertainment service or other booking is stopped due to serious customer misconduct. 
• Newcastle Hens and Bucks may require a non refundable deposit or bond. The amount will vary depending on the package selected and the suppliers involved. 
• Customers are responsible for familiarising themselves with and complying with the terms and conditions of third party transport companies, venues, activities and entertainment providers included in their booking. 

• All adult entertainment is subject to entertainer availability and confirmation. 
• All guests participating in or attending adult entertainment must be 18 years of age or older. 
• Waitressing services have a minimum booking duration of 2 hours. 
• For groups of more than 10 guests, a minimum of 2 waitresses is required. 
• XXX shows have a duration of 20 minutes, unless otherwise specified in writing. 
• Where entertainment is booked on a party bus, the entertainment must take place on a party bus with sufficient space for the entertainer to safely perform. 
• Entertainers cannot perform in unsuitable locations, public areas or venues where the venue does not permit adult entertainment. 
• Entertainer travel fees are not included in quoted prices unless specifically stated. Travel fees vary depending on the entertainer and their location. 
• Newcastle Hens and Bucks will advise the customer of the applicable travel fee for each entertainer before the entertainer is confirmed, allowing the customer to choose an entertainer based on the total cost. 
• Any deposits, cancellation fees or other conditions imposed by the entertainer or entertainment provider may also apply. 
• Customers and their guests are expected to treat entertainers with respect at all times. Harassment, aggressive behaviour, inappropriate physical contact or failure to follow an entertainer's instructions may result in the entertainment being terminated immediately without refund. 
• Entertainers reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking if they feel unsafe or if guests are excessively intoxicated or behaving inappropriately. No refund will be provided where entertainment is terminated due to guest behaviour. 

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). 
• A deposit is required to secure a booking date. A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been received and proof of payment provided. 
• The deposit amount varies depending on the package selected and is non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. 
• Full payment for Private Tours must be made a minimum of 10 days prior to the package date to allow sufficient time to confirm and pre pay venues, activities, transportation and other suppliers. 
• We accept Electronic Fund Transfer Payments (EFT). 
• Any additional supplier charges, including entertainer travel fees, will be advised to the customer before the relevant service is confirmed. 

• Deposits are non refundable. 
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. 
• Where the full amount has already been paid, a 50% refund may be provided for bookings cancelled up to 7 days before the booking date, less any non refundable deposits, security deposits, entertainment costs, transport costs, venue costs, activity costs or other supplier payments already incurred. 
• No refund will be issued for bookings cancelled within 7 days of the confirmed booking date. 
• Our packages are in high demand and cancellations can result in significant administration, transport, entertainment, venue and supplier costs. 
• Refunds are generally processed via OSKO but may take 3 to 5 business days depending on the customer's bank. 
• Dates and times cannot be swapped. A $150 rebooking fee applies to package bookings that need to change dates. This covers administration costs and any cancellation fees charged by entertainment providers, transport companies, venues or other suppliers. 
• Reduced numbers in group bookings will not be refunded unless advised at least 2 weeks prior to the tour date. 
• When reducing numbers, the passenger count must remain above the minimum passenger requirement for the selected package. 
• Numbers cannot be reduced after bookings with venues, activities, transportation providers or entertainment providers have been made where those suppliers charge based on the original booking numbers. 
• Guests must be at the nominated pickup location at the agreed time. Late arrivals may result in bookings being cancelled by entertainment providers, transport companies, venues or other suppliers. No refunds apply in these circumstances. 
• It is the responsibility of guests to contact entertainment providers, transport companies, venues and other suppliers regarding any late arrivals. 

• A full day tour is 6 hours from the pickup time. For example, a 10am pickup would ordinarily finish at 4pm unless otherwise agreed between Newcastle Hens and Bucks and the customer. 
• Overtime charges begin after 6 hours from the tour pickup time and are charged at $250 per hour, plus any applicable overtime rates charged by suppliers included in the selected package. 
• Guests are encouraged to use toilets at venues wherever possible to avoid unnecessary stops that may impact the tour duration. 
• Additional unplanned stops, including McDonald's, smoke breaks and bottle shop stops, are only permitted at the discretion of the driver. 
• If unplanned stops cause the group to arrive late at a venue, activity or entertainment booking, no refund will be provided. 

• Vehicles and/or venues left in an excessively unclean condition at the end of the booking may attract cleaning fees. Depending on the severity of the mess, cleaning fees may range from $80 to $1,000. 
• Whether passengers are permitted to eat and drink onboard vehicles is at the discretion of the transport provider. If permitted, guests are expected to do so responsibly and avoid spills or excessive mess. 
• Smoking in any vehicle will result in the loss of any applicable security deposit paid to Newcastle Hens and Bucks and/or the transport company. This is due to the vehicle potentially requiring ozone treatment and full detailing. 
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to tour vehicles. 
• An additional $500 administration and transport charge, on top of repair costs, may apply where a tour vehicle requires cosmetic repairs as a result of guest damage.
